“I need your help with something,” Amy spoke, her voice full of anticipation. “Are you willing p>
“My help? What can I possibly help you with, Mrs. Garcia?” Myra questioned. A puzzling expression instantly formed on her face.
“Don’t look at me like that. I am not going to ask you to rob a bank. I just want to pick some nice clothes for my son and daughter. And I want your opinion regarding that, as it is kind of a surprise for them. You see, I am just visiting Esteria for a while and don’t have anyone here other than you to ask this kind of favor. Both my children are around your age, so it would be really helpful to me. So~… are willing to do me this favor?” Amy explained the whole matter.
Myra pursed her lips and replied honestly, “Mrs. Garcia, I would love to help you with your gift, but I am not very well versed in popular trends and top fashion. I am afraid even if I go, I won’t be of much help to you. But I do have a friend who is into trendy fashion. She would be a perfect fit. If you would like, I can ask her for you,” she suggested.
Amy smiled at her words and said, “I understand, Myra, but I just want you to accompany me. Can’t you do that?” She made a pitiful face.
Myra’s guilty conscience was immediately evoked. She recalled how Amy had helped her at the event. She said, “I don’t mean it like that. But, I just p>
Amy didn’t give her any time to refuse, as she said, “Then, that’s settled. We are going shopping. And~… you can ask your fashionista friend to join us as well. What do you say?” She was getting excited.
Seeing her like that, Myra couldn’t refuse. With no choice left, she thought of calling Yelena first and asking her if she could join them, but as soon as she reached in her pocket, she realized that she didn’t have her phone.
Last night, her cellphone broke. She looked at her wrist watch and mumbled, ’She must be attending her class right now p>
Myra then shifted her attention back to Amy and replied, “Mrs. Garcia, I just recalled that my friend, Yelena, she is in a class right now p>
“No problem. I guess, now it will be just the two of us,” Amy beamed at Myra, hooked her arm with hers and started walking, “Let’s go p>
Myra was feeling awkward, but was dragged by Amy, nevertheless.

“Woah man~ you look like a fucking zombie. Al, didn’t you get any sleep last night?” Dion commented while devouring his oatmeal.
Brave and Elio were also looking at Alaric with a concerned expression as he took his seat and settled down. His eyes had bags under them. His face was filled with exhaustion and tiredness. And, his lips~ they were still a little swollen. He replied with, “I am fine.” His voice came out gravelly and throaty. “Just a little tired. Nothing to worry about p>
To be honest, Alaric didn’t get to sleep a wink last night. He was too absorbed by Myra’s thoughts and reliving their intimate moment. How differently behaved and how out of control he became when he was in her presence. After having an internal fight throughout the night, within himself, he somehow managed to get some sleep. But Myra~… she didn’t even spare him in his dream.
’Ala~ric Ala~ric her sweet voice reverberated in his mind. In his trance state, she was wearing the same pyjamas that Alaric had put on her earlier. Although it was cute and not slinky yet she still managed to look sexy in that as well.
With a childlike and slurry tone, she uttered, ’Al~… why don’t you play with me? I have been waiting for you.’ Saying this, she got on top and straddled him, sitting just beneath his lower torso. Her luscious locks fell on her perfect frame, making her look more alluring.
Alaric went into a state of complete shock. His body turned stiff and hot as he instantly could feel the blood rushing to his private place. Meanwhile, Myra continued with her innocent seduction. Her voice came out sultry, ’Al~… you don’t even know how much I have been suppressing myself since earlier.’ She leaned forward, closing the distance between them.
Alaric felt his heart racing a mile a minute. It was thumping, jumping and beating so fast that he thought he would get a heart attack, right then and there. As their lips were just a few centimetres apart, Myra whispered, ’You bad, bad wolfie p>
And the next instant, she kissed him like there was no tomorrow.
“ALARIC~ ALARIC?” a voice called out to him, snapping him back to reality.
Alaric glanced at the source to find all three of his brothers were staring at him intently. Dion had an obviously curious look. Elio had a concerned expression etched. But Brave. Alaric couldn’t quite discreet what he was thinking. He donned a poker face.
Brave then muttered, “We have been calling for you for a while. What were you so engrossed in p>
“I~… I was thinking about the rogue wolf from last night,” Alaric said and added, “By the way, what happened at the meeting last night? When is it rescheduled for p>
“As you are already aware, the meeting couldn’t even start for obvious reasons,” Dion remarked. And~… as for the rescheduled meeting, Chairman Larson informed us that he is going on an overseas business trip and won’t be back for the next three days. So, it can only happen after that p>
Alaric nodded while taking a bite of his rolled omelette. Brave then added, “So, I was thinking~ we should return to Kimberg p>
Alaric as well as Dion were quick to refuse. They spoke loudly and in sync, “NOOOOO~ p>
Elio and Brave were bewildered by their odd reactions as both their brows wrinkled at their replies.
Alaric got back to his senses and tried to cover his unfamiliar reaction, “I don’t think that is a good idea p>
“And why do you think so, Al? Aren’t you the one who was reluctant to come to Esteria in the first place? Then, why this sudden change, hmm?” Brave tapped on the table with his fingers, his eyes boring at Alaric. “And we will be back before Jacob Larson comes back, then what’s the problem p>
“It is because of the unidentified rogue that I encountered yesterday. He is still on the loose, and as Dion said, he also saw someone similar near the mall. So, the fire incident that happened there is a high probability that it is the rogues doing,” Alaric said with an authoritative voice. “You can return and convey the situation to mother and father. I will stay here and investigate p>
Dion also joined in, “Al is absolutely right, Rave. You and Eli should return to Kimberg, and I, along with Al, will handle the situation in Esteria.” He said with a sense of determination. Brave gave both of them a look full of skepticism. He didn’t remark on anything for a brief second, only glaring at his two brothers.
Both Dion and Alaric felt his intense gaze on them and felt very nervous internally, but on the outside, they maintained their composure, waiting for his reply.
Brave then raised his eyes and stated, “Alright~ Eli and I will be going back this afternoon. Meanwhile, you both observe the situation on this side. IF you find anything suspicious, tell me, okay p>
“Of course, we will tell you first. If we got anything on them,” Dion replied as he nudged Alaric’s shoulder, who added, “Yeah, we will convey to you, our findings p>
Elio released a heavy sigh of relief as he said, “Finally, I can return home. Ahaaaaa~… Can I not come back again p>
“Eli~ Brave muttered.
“Ohk, ohk. I was just kidding. But, if Brother Rave and I are going to return today, shouldn’t we get some souvenirs for Ora and Mother?” Elio suggested.
“That’s a very good idea. Eli~… I am impressed that such a thought came from a clueless guy like you. Your ’new friend’ must have taught you to be compassionate,” Dion teased Elio.
“New friend? What new friend? What is Dio talking about, Eli?” Brave inquired curiously.
“Brother Dio is just rambling whatever came to his mind,” Elio stated while glaring at Dion.
“Ohhhh phhhh~leaseee. I am not rambling, whatever. I am stating the facts. Elio made a new friend at the seminar. A female human friend. He was giggling and talking happily like they were long lost soulmates,” Dion exaggerated. “And guess what He took the initiative to approach her. Shocking, right p>
Alaric and Brave looked at Elio with a surprised expression. They knew his personality well and knew he wouldn’t be someone who would talk to a girl on his own accord.
“BROTHER DION, STOP IT,” Elio almost yelled at him.
